Related and Complementary Services
WOLF HR Solutions™ also offers additional and related services to complement the introduction and ongoing use of the Opendoorline™ program. We provide a full slate of HR consulting services to get your firm ready for Opendoorline™ and to professionally handle very sensitive complaints seamlessly.
Employee Survey Option
An annual employee survey is a great way to keep your finger on the pulse of employee satisfaction. Asking for and acting upon feedback from your workforce is critical to ensure employees are engaged, committed and satisfied with their work experience. WOLF offers an Employee Survey Option that can be easily added to your Opendoorline™ program. Click here for more detail.
Exit Interviews
Exit interviews can be a valuable source of critical insights and information to help leaders address issues off importance. However, it is often difficult to collect information, and convince exiting employees to share vital information.
As an extention of your Opendoorline™ program, an Exit Interview function can be added to provide a method for collecting data, and an option for employees to speak with an objective third party if desired.
Policy Consulting and Employee Handbooks
Before implementation of Opendoorline™ it's a good idea to refresh your written HR policies and Employee Handbook sections that address relevant employment practices. This gives you the opportunity to clearly restate your commitment to employment practices and policies. In addition, key references to your Opendoorline™ program will be inserted and communicated to your employees.
We provide full handbook audit and update services at a discounted consulting rate when accompanied by an Opendoorline™ program contract.
Training
WOLF has preferred relationships with several local and national employment training companies with options ranging from instructor led, to live web-based, to self-paced web-based depending on your needs.
We can handle the training of your entire workforce, supervisors only, or case-by-case training for new hires or on demand as needed.
Complaint Investigation
When it comes to the more sensitive and risky issues such as sexual harassment, discrimination, theft, substance abuse etc... it is important to handle employee complaints promptly and effectively. Many business leaders are ill-equipped to respond to these sorts of issues. Mishandling a complaint of this nature can result in EEOC action, lawsuits, and performance problems.
As part of the Opendoorline™ program, WOLF guarentees a 4 hour response to employment practice complaints by assigning the case to a professional investigator for immediate contact with the complainant. Keeping you informed and involved to extent desired, WOLF will initiate and conduct an objective and thorough investigation... thereby protecting you from claims of delayed response.
Often, an outside investigator is the best choice to ensure a thorough, unbiased, defensible, and professional investigation.
Ongoing Communication Plan Support
Another optional service is ongoing internal communications plan support. As part of Opendoorline™, your WOLF Account Partner will actively manage your communication and training plan to ensure that you remain compliant with training requirements, and keep your commitment to a healthy, safe, and productive work environment at the forefront of employee minds. All of this leads to better protections against employment liability through your responsible prevention efforts and clear policy communication.
