Opendoorline™ uses a flexible case management database structure for the careful documentation of each complaint/concern created.  It is fully hosted and external to your platform, ensuring no negative impacts to your IT infrastructure.

The case management system allows employees to enter a complaint, and then return to the site to view status and messages about the complaint and their complaint history.

Depending on our arrangement and Report Exampleconfidentiality considerations, company management can be granted either limited or full access to the system to view complaints.

As part of the program, we provide detailed reporting back to you regarding the types of complaints, status, resolution, and other key pieces of management information.
