Exit Interviews
Most experts agree that exit interviews are a rich source of information for improving the employment experience, recruiting profiles, and employee retention. They can also point to dangerous employment practices lurking below the surface, which must be addressed! The challenge with exit interviews are two-fold: 1) convincing employees to participate, and 2) getting employees to be HONEST and OPEN with the information.
Using Opendoorline™ to automate and manage your exit interview proces is just the answer. This valuable service allows departing employees to complete an online "exit questionnaire" before meeting for an exit interview with Human Resources. This allows you to further probe issues of concern and ideas for improvement during the face-to-face exit interview. In addition, responses are stored for reporting and trend tracking.
Third Party Interviews
To better encourage exit interview participation, your Opendoorline™ program provides employees with the option to meet with one of our Concern Managers as an alternative to internal Human Resources. Sometimes, our professionals are able to persuade more open and honest feedback. Of course, the choice is yours to allow this option.
